Sales & Exchange Policy

• All sales are final and non-refundable.
• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items, including earrings and personal-care products, are not eligible for exchange.

Handcrafted Products

Many Thara pieces are thoughtfully handcrafted, giving each item its own individual character. Slight variations in color, texture, finish, or shape may naturally occur. These differences are part of the unique nature of handcrafted pieces and are not considered defects.

Sizing

We recommend reviewing the relevant size guide carefully before placing your order. Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size based on the measurements and information provided.

Packaging

Every order is prepared with care. When appropriate, multiple items within the same order may be packaged together. If you require separate packaging or would like your order prepared as a gift, please mention this in the order notes at checkout and we will accommodate your request whenever possible.

Payment

• We accept credit and debit cards as well as other secure digital payment methods made available at checkout.
• Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and verified. Thara reserves the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be completed or verified.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched as promptly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, shipping method, and other circumstances outside our direct control.
