Exchange Policy

We want your experience with Thara to feel simple and considered. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be exchanged in accordance with the conditions below.

Exchange Eligibility

When an item can be exchanged

  • An exchange request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, with its original packaging and receipt.
  • Exchanges may be made for products of equal or higher value.

Please Note

Important Notes

  • Earrings and ear cuffs cannot be exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Products purchased during sales or through Tamara are not eligible for exchange.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • When an exchange is requested, delivery charges associated with sending the replacement order are borne by the customer.
