Sales & Exchange Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items—such as earrings or personal-care products—are not eligible for exchange.

Handcrafted Products

At Thara, many of our pieces are thoughtfully handcrafted, giving each item its own character. Slight variations in color, texture, or shape may occur and are considered part of the unique charm—not defects.

Sizing

Please review our size guide before placing your order. We are not responsible for sizing discrepancies if the size chart was not consulted prior to purchase.

Packaging

Orders are prepared with care, and multiple items may be packaged together when appropriate. If you’d like separate packaging or gift wrapping, mention it in the notes at checkout, and we’ll accommodate whenever possible.

Payment

We accept credit/debit cards and other secure digital payment gateways.
Please ensure payment is completed before confirming your order; we reserve the right to cancel any order that is not properly paid or verified.

Shipping & Delivery
