Exchange Policy

At Thara, we’re committed to a smooth and flexible shopping experience. You may exchange products under the following conditions:

• Request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the item.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and receipt.
• Exchanges apply to products of equal or higher value only.

Important Notes

• Earrings and ear cuffs cannot be exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Products purchased during sales or via Tamara are not eligible for exchange.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• When you request an exchange, delivery charges for the new order are fully borne by the customer.
